Did Bill Clinton really get NESARA passed into law -- abolishing the IRS and forgiving all debt?

This NESARA email hoax is a bit more obscure than many of the other email hoaxes we describe -- and perhaps it's even funny.  

It claims that Bill Clinton got Congress to pass NESARA (The National Economic Stabilization and Recovery Act)-- which would have been announced on Se

This NESARA 'law' supposedly abolishes the IRS, makes income tax illegal, and forgives all debts.

Editors Note: This is a complete hoax.   There are a lot of scam sites about NESARA -- don't send any money and don't believe them!
